The young lady with the lip ring and tattoos has been repeatedly nasty to customers. She finished our sandwiches and I had asked for 2 footlong cookies and 3 churros.we waited 14 minutes for her to heat take them out and let them sit ion the counter to get cold. And then she tells me they were sold out of footlong cookies. And to pick my 2 little cookies! I was shocked! Clearly she hates her job! Please someone talk to her!OMG!!! OUR FOOD WAS COLD!

Had a sandwich that was messed up. Called to ask if I can get it remade and they told me to come back and they could remake it. When arriving they acted like they had no idea what was going on and wanted me to call the “General Manager” Muneet Sandhu on his personal phone number. When calling they would pick up the phone and hang up. some people should not be Business owners.

I always enjoy going to this location due to the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of service they provide. I really enjoy leslie in the mornings she is a hard worker, also in afternoon I always enjoy seeing Julianna, and Stephabie. They are always doing a good job with the 5 pm rush. Because of that I always go to this location at least 4 times a week.

Don't eat here. This is most expensive Subway on earth with the worst customer service and poor services. My tortilla spinach sub had 1 scoop of chicken with minimal toppings and cost $12.99 while a foot long chicken with 2 scoops of chicken and lots of toppings cost 9.99. When I complained I was told that's the way it is. Apparently they are not corporate ? ? ?. Will never eat here again

I went in a few days ago, and they messed up my sandwich: no big deal. I sent a polite email to customer service asking for some type of refund or voucher or anything, but was given an empty apology. I replied specifying that I wanted a refund, and they still have yet to respond. Be warned: if they mess up your sandwiches, they have no intention of honoring them.

I came in I believe around 5pm to order a 6inch bmt the staff I usually see was taking the trash out from the front seen she was busy as usual but always helps customers on the other hand the other staff I haven't seen before seems like she's new was just watching me stand there while she was watching the meat cut the lady who was doing the trash just ended up stopping and came to help me she gave me a discount and said sorry always appreciated her and the work the other staff seemed like she don't like doing stuff nor know customer Service we'll still always come
My sister ordered a pickup order to get it curbside last night when I got there food was ready didn't even have to check in they were also busy at the time, but they brought it straight out to me had to take a few quick stops after when I got home food was filled and tasty! BEST subway ever! It is very pricey but that's everywhere nowadays still won't stop coming here. I've been coming here for the pass few months GREAT time is between 5-8pm, the management did such a wonderful job for these employees wanted to let that be known as to what I've experienced. Always busy. I come here with my husband and kids all the time. My kids always talk about the workers before we come and hope to see the same ones. The store is Always so clean! The food is always so good and fresh love how they give good amount portions. The customer service here is fantastic! WE hope for it to continue like that!!!
