Yeah they don’t like coupons here. They are greedy and money hungry. They never participate in the deals that subway promotes. The buy one get one 50% off doesn’t ever get honored at this location. And if you bring in your own coupons they don’t like that either.

I accidentally ordered a protein bowl at the store located at 1660 Countryside Drive in Turlock, California. It’s the store I often order from since I work down the street from this location.However, I live in Modesto and when I ordered today, the App did not geolocate to the nearest store.When I called the Turlock store to apprise them of my error, they refused to cancel the order and credit my card.This is shortsighted and bad business.They will get to pocket my $16 today, but this will be the last order they receive from me.

The worst Subway I've ever been to! The second we walked in instant attitude about coupons. I was just holding them in my hand, didn't even ask or say a word about the coupons! But they felt it extremely necessary for me to know that they only take certain coupons and we can only order from a certain part of the menu for that coupon. That's NOT what the coupon says. Then they tried to charge us for cheese that is part of the sandwich saying it's not part of the deal. Then the lady making my sandwich proceeded to put things on my sandwhich that I said specifically requested NOT to put on. So with MAJOR attitude she tried to pick it all off. I told her not to worry and that I would deal with it. Like damn! I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE. Worst service ever and they try to scam you! The second you walk in its just an ugly atmosphere. Not friendly or welcoming at all! I'm surprised they haven't been reported for scamming customers! I know I am certainly reporting them!

I’ve been coming to this subway for years being it’s right across from my house. I walked in yesterday and the owner, older man was serving. He proceeded to make my sandwich once I present my coupon he hits me with “ oh you didn’t say anything when I first made the sandwich so I added extra cheese, both sandwiches came out to $20 after I gave him the coupon” I said well I didn’t ask for extra cheese why is it so expensive if I’ve always used a coupon here? Again proceeded to say “ a lot of places don’t take coupons anymore and I added extra cheese” again I didn’t ask for. I got home and checked the sandwich and sure enough it wasn’t extra cheese. Truthfully I was pissed because clearly he was trying to be deceiving. I won’t be coming back to this location even if I’m having to drive across town for a stupid sandwich.

The older Indian gentleman was super condecending and rude. He was making my sandwich wrong from the get go. I told him as soon as he put the meat on the bread that this wasn't the meat I was wanting. He looked at me like i was stupid and proceeded to make the sandwich. I told him multiple times that it wasn't what I was wanting. Again, the guy looked at me like i was stupid and continued doing things his way. He finished making the sandwich and I once more told him it wasnt what i wanted and asked him to fix it. He said, "Well what do you want me to do about it? The sandwich is made, its what you're getting. Your total is $13. 64." And I said, "No, it's not what I asked for. I'm not paying for this. " so I left.

I would leave them a zero if i could. The old guy at the counter was super rude. He looked at me as if i were stupid when i asked questions and was super condescending when he was asked to fix a mistake he made on my sandwich. I told him it wasn't what i ordered and he was like, "Well i already put it on the sandwich, so its what you're getting."

The lady who makes the sandwiches is very nice if you have any requests don't be afraid to ask if you treat them with respect they have respect for you. The man's whatever it's not in everyone's culture to be a male Karen he does his work correctly thanks.

I’m never coming back to this place. I’ve been to a few, in ceres… when I came today with a coupon I didn’t notice it was expired. I asked the man owner if I can call my husband because I know I have a newer one in the mail and he refused to accept the code. His whole body language and all… ridiculous. So I come home, and it’s the same freakin code. Unbelievable. I’ve never had any issues when it comes to coupons with the other subway stores in ceres. It was always accepted EVEN if it was a slight expired. Walking into the store, he made me feel a bit nervous, like there was tension. Never coming back to this subway.

I will not be back here ever again! They ran out of toilet paper and toilet seat cover and when I told the owner, he just literally stared at me and didn't say anything at all... Then demanded me to order something since I used their restroom. After being nice to the owner, saying thank you to him, he just scoffed me and turned around and walked away... this subway was a terrible place to order. DO NOT COME HERE!
