I really like your product! That said, my order came out 20 minutes past the time stated on my online order. When I got home half of the order was missing. When I called to inform them of this they asked me to bring what I did receive back. My grandkids were already digging into what was there, so I said "No". The phone was sat down and I listened to chatter as I drove back. They were very apologetic and completed my order. Incomplete order a first. Order not on time is normal....read full review
Last night they were short on staff but they were wonderful and trying to get things done and with a certain amount of time that they have to help all these customers especially a place like wingstop where it's gets crazy busy and making the food takes a wait shouldn't be a problem waiting for fresh food.

Team members are joking around all while customers are waited 25-40 minutes for their food. Very slow pace no sense of urgency. We wanted to eat inside had to take the food to go because of wait time.
