The cashier mel was very sweet and the food was good. I was in the drive-thru when my car suddenly started to smoke and catch on fire, Mel did a backflip out the window with a fire extinguisher in her hand and put it out of fire before anything could go wrong. She then gave me my double chicken bowl, it was very yummy. Thank you to Mel and her great cooking abilities.
Go through the drive thru every other Wednesday. Always order the original Pollo Bowl meal. Saw the negative reviews, but this is always delicious and very reasonably priced...less than $6.00, which is amazing. Once forgot my fork, but other than that, no complaints.
