I came into this location this afternoon, and was pleasantly surprised by the man making my sandwich. He was personable, and made sure my sandwich was absolutely correct. I ordered gluten free, and he made sure I was being taken care of, and immediately made sure to ask if I had a dairy allergy too, when I said no cheese. Hit or miss with this Jersey Mikes. I order sandwiches all the time from these guys and they are correct about 50% of the time. For instance today my girl called over and asked for our usual Supreme Club Giant sub, with the oil + vinegar + onions on the side, and I drove over to pick it up, get all the way home to find out the sandwich is dry and the no condiments included that we clearly requested on the side. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Luis w as very friendly and was genuine in making a connection with me. Erica and Jose also very friendly in their greeting. Bread and ingredients were fresh. The original Italian sub was amazing!! Thank you Luis! ...Angie
