I built my own using chicken broth. Honestly it was good but not the best in town (definitely better than silverlake ramen). The quality of the broth was great and adding ginger added much more flavor to it. However, my order was a takeout and and maybe that's why the noodles was stuck together. Another thing the chicken pieces were too thick and i really don't like big chicken breast. The flavor and texture of the big chicken breast is hard and hard to chew. I love this place . Food is very good and the service is superb. I got the Dan Dan men and my wife got the tsukemen . The soup base are tasty. I love it . I will come back for more.

I called the original location in Orange after not seeing it open for a couple weeks and they confirmed it's permanently closed. They just invested in a remodel, too, I'm pretty bummed.
