Good service. My order is always right and it's always done on time. I always order online for pick up. Never had a problem.The one thing I didn't like was how greasy the breadsticks were the first time I ordered here. Those things were dripping in grease and the paper and the box were very soiled. It was kind of gross. I never got them again. I just stick with the pizza now. The dinner box is a great deal. I got 3 medium pizzas.
I haven't gone to Pizza Hut in years. I was celebrating some victories and thought pizza sounded good. Ordered a medium pan style meat lovers pizza and bone in Buffalo wings medium hot flavor for pick up on a Friday night. I ordered at 9:21pm and they said it would be ready for pick up at 9:40. I got there just a couple minutes after 9:40. As I parked I saw a worker that came back from a delivery and was about to go inside the same time I was. He opened the door for me! Twice we had to wait 20+ mins over the projected time. 1 of the pizzas was not made correctly (really dry crust on bottom) this past time and there was not enough staff (the last time they misread the order and dint have one of the pizzas done). My boys saw our order sit there for 20mins while no one was in front with a bunch of customers gathered.If they are going to charge extra $$ to do business in CA, they should have enough staff to make a quality product or shut down.
