“Just came for a snack before a movie. I had the tempura green beans and it was a Monday evening so it wasn't busy. The staff was friendly and the item served was exactly as I remembered it. This location has quite a bit of seating and shares the parking with Union Landing, which is sort of a maze. Though it was a different location, sometimes they do fundraisers to give back to the community. Happy to participate in those! Review #93 of 100 in 2023.“
“Went here on a whim a year ago and came back multiple times. The toppings are always fresh and full of flavor, staff is nice and the restaurant has a laid back vibe. I order through doordash pickup and have never experienced anything but good food and friendly vibes here.“
“I grew up eating great fast food fries with my Uncle JB. He was a marine biologist and took me with him on collecting trips sometimes near Mcdonalds where we would buy french fries that were awesome. Eating them in the way home was great but McDonalds fries are disappointing now. Burger King on Decoto was excellent tnight!“
“My good friend from elementary school turned 50 and I wanted to take him out. I offered him all varieties of foods and restaurants including pho, wings, Italian, steak, BBQ... Dude wanted Jollibees. Not only that, there's a Jollibees closer to his home in Milpitas, but instead, he drives out here to north Fremont to come to this one. This particular one is located on the perimeter of a fairly sized shopping center attached to Union Landing and can be seen from the street right next to the Krispy Kreme. Our experience was very straightforward. Step up to the counter, order, wait for your number, Collect and eat. It was not crowded for 5:30 on a Friday and there were plenty of seats. He ordered 2x palabok, a peach pie, and a soda. I ordered the combination one piece chicken joy and two burger patties in gravy with a side. Fun fact, rice is a side and does not come with a meal. It also comes with an extra serving of gravy in a side cup. That extra gravy is needed, as it is the highlight of the meal. The Chicken Joy was very good, and is much like a Kentucky Fried Chicken but a completely different flavor. I was most impressed by the amount of meat that was on the drumstick itself, which felt generous for a piece of chicken. Flavor was pleasant. I do feel that the beef patties w/ mushroom in gravy, although two in a box, were on the small side, the combination of the chicken joy and the rice with the patties was more than adequate to fill my stomach. Mind you these are not just hamburger patties but feel a bit more tender like meatloaf. I can't comment on my friend's meal because I have not ever tasted their offering for palabok (my buddy days it is the same as pancit, but I have my doubts) but I know he enjoyed it and insisted that the lemon packets are a must on that dish. For the peach pie, the Jollibee peach pie is essentially what the old deep fried McDonald's apple pies used to be versus the pastry cake style that they currently offer. If you long for that crispy McDonald's apple pie, this peach pie is the closest thing you can get to it now outside of finding a McDonald's that still has the throwback apple pie. These items came out to $36 which I felt was high, but it is his 50th and food today is expensive all around. All in all, this is essentially a Filipino fast food experience, despite the fact that it was founded by a Chinese person in the Philippines. I do recommend you try it if you've not done so yet, because it is an interesting take on a non-American fast food chain that actually has a degree of success.“
“Clean. The staff was young and polite. Food is pretty standard, but a cut above Subways (I personally find Subway bread to be too sweet and yeasty). Service was relatively quick, and this is near the Cinemark theater, so a good place to eat if you don't like hot dog and pretzel theater food and have little time. Minimal seating, but most people take To Go literally, so not an issue.Vegetarian options: I usually order the provolone and avocado sandwich with lettuce and other veggies.“
“I love this place, the Manager is always very friendly, she provides very good customer service. The taste of chicken is delicious. I think they use good quality oil, I can feel it.You really feel the difference between other stores.Everything is always very clean.Good job!!!!!“
“Great tasting food. Especially recomend the spicy chicken and beignets. The seating has all but been removed (only 2 tables left) and gets pretty crowded after 3pm on school days. Price (especially for "fast food" is pretty high comparatively... basicly worth it for once in a while dining. Hit up the specials when offered. LOTS of parking. Handicap able but few in-between shops. Staff seems like they are there begrudgingly to get a paycheck and go home.. so not so friendly“
“This McDonald's gets five stars because it's expected to deliver what every other McDonald's in the world delivers. And this location meets that expectation. The food is in great and the service is acceptable, but the important thing is consistency so if you like McDonald's no reason not to go to this location.“
“If you're looking to take a trip down memory lane, or simply want to enjoy a fast-food feast that combines quality, value, and flavor, then look no further than Burger King in Union City, California. I recently revisited this iconic establishment, and was pleasantly surprised by how it managed to rekindle the fond memories of my childhood, all while satisfying my adult palate. The Big King and Big Fish - a delectable combo deal that was available for just $7 - made for a hearty and satisfying meal. The Big King, with its flame-grilled patties, fresh lettuce, onions, pickles, and that tangy special sauce, took me back to the joy of unwrapping my first Burger King burger. Each bite was a celebration of the well-balanced and bold flavors that have come to define this longstanding brand. On the other hand, the Big Fish, with its crispy, golden breading and tender, flaky white fish inside, delivered an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the two sandwiches provided a delightful contrast and an expansive exploration of the culinary range Burger King has to offer. No meal at Burger King is complete without a dessert, and the Hershey's Sundae Pie was the perfect ending to this nostalgic feast. The sweet, creamy chocolate filling combined with the crunchy chocolate crust made for a bite that was both indulgent and irresistible. It was the cherry on top of an already memorable meal. It's worth noting the remarkable service at this particular Burger King. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.“
“As always excellent their Fries have even gotten better. Now they just need an inhouse taste tester for the correct Foundation Drink Syrup to Soda Ratio for the correct mix. The DP was a tad weak and way under carbonated.Wheelchair accessibility: Well, they have access for wheel chairs etc. So, it's a no brainer. In fact if you have handicapped friends go with them as parking is insufficient.“
