“The food was ok first time going there and definitely trying a second time to see if it changes my mind to great. all restaurants have there bad days so I’m giving it a second chance server was nice and friendly and brought air water and drinks right away .“
“The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. I came in on a moderately busy day and I was seated immediately. I was offered beverages and appetizers I didn't know what to order immediately (the waiter gave great suggestions). I will definitely come back again.“
“Wow!! I'm really impressed with this local restaurant. It's a very cozy and intimate store with friendly staff. Service is quick and attentive! Here's what I have tried these past few months:+ Pad Thai Crispy Tiger Prawns (5/5): Soooo delicious! This is a MUST TRY. The shrimp are cooked perfectly and make this dish so addicting. The pad thai itself is really great too! I am getting hungry just writing about it...+ Chicken Pad See-Ew (3/5): It's okay. The noodles are great texture and it's seasoned well! The portion was very generous too. However, the American broccoli and carrot addition is odd. They were also undercooked.+ Khao Soi (5/5): INCREDIBLE! If you love creamy curry, the broth is perfect for you. They add an entire chicken leg in this, which is fall-off-the-bone tender. The noodles stick together though, so be sure to toss the noodles as soon as they hit your table.“
“Just visited Blossom Bee for the first time. It’s a small unassuming shop but the owners are kind and the food was great. We ordered a pad see ew and a strawberry banana Nutella crepe. Loved both. Will have to come back to try more dishes!“
“Had lunch here w/my GF the other day. Came here on a friend's recommendation. We each had the chicken pad-thai lunch special [hers w/no heat/spice, mine with heat/spice]. She had a soft drink/can and I had the plain iced tea [one glass, NO free refills, for 3-bucks]. The food came out quickly and was tasty but we did not get the salads that were supposed to come with the lunch special meal [at least, that was what was on their menu]. The serving was just OK and a bit underwhelming, for 16-bucks per meal. This is one of the most expensive Thai lunch places I have eaten at lately and I was not that impressed [hence, the four-star review]. You can do much better [quality AND quantity] at more reasonably priced Thai places in Fremont and/or anywhere else, for that matter. Service was good but we were the only ones eating in, at the time. Probably, won't return.“
“Great Thai in the East bay! I have a go-to delivery Thai place closer to my house but I wanted to give a new place a try. Chai Thai has a great menu, from appetizers to curries to noddles. I ordered Pad Thai with pork, side of fried eggs and an order or chive cakes (gui chai). The food arrived ready to eat and all was delicious. The Pad Thai had great flavor. I love when you get a nice portion of each of the ingredients; meat to tofu to eggs to green onion to sprouts. Each bite had everything. Can't wait to order again from Chai Thai!“
“First off when I walked in it was nice and cozy especially when the cute waitress greated me and my family! Our food was yum, it also came out very fast. I'm pretty sure that this place is a family business which makes it 10x better to support. We had the waitress snag some suggestions for us and that was not a regret what so ever. She picked out so many good dishes I barely remember but I remember how good the mango sticky rice was!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel chair ramp for the disabled!!!“
“This is a true gem in Castro Valley. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. We typically order to go. However, we have also dined in a few times, and the atmosphere is casual and nicely decorated. We enjoy the Satay Chicken with peanut sauce, Yellow curry chicken, Mun Tod with plum sauce, and Pad See Ew.I would recommend this place to anyone that like good Thai food.“
“I ordered takeout through DoorDash and when I went in to pick up the order, the woman at the register said that their system was down but they prepared my food right away after I showed her the order details. The restaurant gave me a free soft drink on the house for the inconvenience.I ordered the vegetarian panang curry and it was amazing. It was rich, full of flavor, and super filling despite it being vegetarian. I highly recommend this place. Nice atmosphere and great customer service!“
“Below is my rating.Food - 9/10Ambience- 6/10Service - 2/10Cleanliness - 5/10Price food worth- 6/10As mentioned above Food taste was great. Ambience is good but its not spacious. Servers weren't good at all they seemed very uninterested. The cleanliness was okish. I would say its pricey. We were 5 people and bill came upto 126$They took 18$ as gratuity automatically in the bill which I felt weird hence I didn't tip at all.Vegetarian options: Few veg options are available.“
“We had our company lunch at this place, and everyone loved the food. The vegan noodle laska is really good. You can ask for making it spicy. The vegan chicken that was made with jack fruit was an interesting pick, and the basil fries + sweet potato fries were the choices for vegeterian starters. The place has a really good vibe, decorated with flowers and lights. I would surely recommend this place! Folks at our company also enjoyed their bone marrow and popcorn chicken.Vegetarian options: They have a decent vegetarian section“
“Family style meal for 4 adults + 2 children. Each dish was good. What prompted me to leave a review: 2 curry dishes were served (not pictured), and a few minutes later, the waitress said they weren't for us, and we watched her throw them both into a bus tub. That seemed unnecessary, why waste it all?“
“I met w buddy for dinner here tonight and we orders the crispy pot sticker which were good along w 2 noodle dishes. Chicken pot pie and spicy chicken noodle. The restaurant feels very clean and well maintained. However; the noodle dishes were not inspiring a 2nd visit.“
“Who isn't all about an aesthetically cute place serving great food? Getting together with my friend, we decided to meet at Farmhouse Kitchen, a place we both enjoy! This was my first time at their Menlo Park location and aside from the space everything else is similar--Instagram-worthy decor, elegantly styled dishes, and warm service. The interior is quite spacious with booths and tables for small and large parties. There's also an outside patio, though the CalTrain is right across and quite loud. We were taken care of throughout our meal by the hospital and friendly workers, without it being overbearing. The thing about Farmhouse Kitchen is that they know how to make their dishes appealing to both the eye and mouth. Dishes include traditional and non-traditional Thai foods. My friend and I both had the Yellow Curry with Tofu and a Side of Jasmine Rice. Though we weren't asked for the spice level, the curry was sweet and flavorful with a lingering spice. It was on the runnier side and I wish we did get more rice to enjoy it to the full extent. Portions were decent and we had leftovers--but note that dishes are on the pricier side. Farmhouse Thai Kitchen provides a cute and creative Thai cuisine dining experience. They have multiple locations around the Bay. Their Menlo Park location is off Merrill Street with limited street parking in the area. This is a place I enjoy going to occasionally but wouldn't seek out.“
“Delicious Thai food! Fast friendly service - had ordered delivery on-line before and soooo good had to go back- definitely a must try for Thai food in San Leandro. Faves crab fried rice, pad Thai, crispy pork belly and crab cream cheese wontons. Outdoor seating only - but also quick delivery and take out.“
“Amazing authentic Thai food. The basil fried rice, pineapple fried rice, mango salad and veg spring rolls were so delicious. The freshness and flavor of the fried rice dishes were soooo good. Service was also very good and took all our food preferences into consideration. Overall we had a very good experience. We would highly recommend this place.“
“First time trying Thai food. Asked for recommendations. Not only did our waitress give her recommendations but she told us what was popular and explained what was in every dish. She even brought me a sample to taste before ordering. 20/10 will be trying again!Parking: The restaurant is in a corner of a very busy shopping center. Don't know if the limited parking is normal or an occasional thing, but it didn't take anything away from our experience!“
“The best take out Thai food I’ve ever had! I love their yellow curry. It’s sweet and savory with a little spice. I like it mild, so I ordered no spice! Love their pineapple fried rice, their wasabi walnut prawns, their roti, and the green curry, too. This is our go to spot. It is dark and small to eat in, but we love to take out!“
“I love this place! First of all, the environment is great, the set up look very beautiful and cultural. We had a party of 12 coming in and we were taking care of by the owner and one of the servers. They even decided to close late to let us finish our birthday celebration! The food is pretty good and they have a very diversity of food and everything is cool great and the food is also serve fast. I will recommend anyone to go there“
“We came on a Monday evening which is a slow night in general so the restaurant was very empty. We ordered the Bulgogi bowl, spicy pork bowl and cheese Bulgogi fries. It was a great value meal because of the amount of food there was in each bowl. The food tasted good but since it was a slow evening for them, I think a lot of their food is made in advance. Elements like the meat and the egg don't come out super hot and fresh tasting. Maybe it would be different if it was a busier night and they were making items to order. The Bulgogi cheese fries were decent but the areas with the cheese got soggy really quickly. Probably wouldn't order that again. I would recommend this place for the great value and comforting food. I just wish some of the key components of the bowls were made to order so it's hot and fresh tasting.“
“Excellent Food - I love their Black Pepper fish and their Thai Spicy Chicken. One of the best Halal restaurants out there... they serve everything in plastic - plates & forks - similarly don't expect much in the way of ambience or decor - we mostly just get food to go.“
“This is my go to Thai restaurant. My favorite dish is the lunch special "Red Curry Prawn". I like the prawns simmered in coconut milk with red curry, and pineapples, tomatoes, bamboo shoots, peas, bell peppers, Thai basil. The red curry with coconut milk has a hint of sweetness, which I like it very much. By the way, you can choose the spicy level based on your preference (default spicy is medium). I like the Lunch Special version because it also comes with salad, fried spring roll and sour soup.“
“One of my favorite Thai restaurants to go to! This place has incredibly reasonable prices and food quality is really. Food portions are really big and they taste really good. I usually get BBQ Chicken Dinner. It comes with shrimp fried rice with their special sauce. The place is really nice too though they should start replacing old lightbulbs with new ones. It’s pretty dim here, but doesn’t really change the fact that this restaurant is good for eating. Staff are very friendly when they use simple greetings to say hi to customers.I honestly bet that everything there is good based on foods I had here. Definitely will come back for more!“
