I was feeling under the weather yesterday and I didn't cook dinner and honestly I was craving this place, luckily we all agreed and we ordered from here, we ended up getting an 8 piece family meal with 2 large sides, salad churros, and tortillas, the meal was a perfect size, my kids loved the churros, the Mac n cheese and mash were very good, food was warm, but the only problem I had was the salad. I'm not one to review things at all but the service was horrible. The staff were far more interested in discussing their high school level drama than working (talk all you want, I don't care, but don't be rude to people).Food was fine though.

I'm rating 5 stars because service is always ?. Besides excellent service from the moment you walk in, ALWAYS a warm radiant Welcome, to the moment your ready to exit this establishment, smiling! What else can a customer wish for... (oh, also wish I could give 5+ star rating, reason ; it's literally the only El Pollo Loco establishment that offers BIRRIA ) Okay , pretty sure there's others, but not all offer Birria tacos &"dip sauce"(consome) on the menu. For real! :)
