This location is a hit or miss, we've had good service and bad service here before. We have gone before where they were out of chicken, another time their power was out. Another instance we placed an online order so that we can avoid waiting and we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. No one has ever been rude, but the service is just not where it should be. I've been here a couple of times picking up dinner for me and my kids and usually the services is usually awesome and the food is normally on point But this last time I was a little sad because they did not have any more mac and cheese or any fanta strawberry soda, which are the two things I usually go to Popeyes for and their biscuits tasted like baking soda. Absolute worst !! Sunday night I counted 5 employees. Told me 10 minutes for my order. Granted they ONLY SERVE CHICKEN !!! Waited 20 minutes went insIde and they said "give us 10 ". Horrible service horrible food for aplace that that has literally has 1 item in the menu !!!! Avoid at all cost. Went next door to Carls and was in and out in 5 minutes. Do you self a favor and just go to Carls !!!!!! HORRIBLE !!!
