I ordered this order for my girlfriend & already had bought my meal elsewhere.It took longer than 15 minutes to get this 1 bowl ready & on top of that the gentlemen calling out order numbers called out 2 numbers ahead of mine before I had to get up & ask if my order was finished.He laughed and said oh Yeahh it's right here.Then as I went to grab it, he stared at me oddlyIdk, it was pretty annoying so imma let ya'll know aha.As you can tell buddy also forgot a fork & didn't ask...read full review

Guys, customer service has left the building. I felt I was at the Seinfeld'soup n**** episode. No matter how respectful and cordial I was, I felt as if I was breaking and entering in their private party. The last thing, I asked for avocados, I was charged for avocados. I didn't get my avocados. I guess it's my fault for not checking before I left.

Ordered chicken and steak bowl for the second time recently and both times me and my family have been disappointed in the amount of food in which resides in the bowl . Bowls have been about 3/4 full or less . Rice doesn't cost much and we're paying a premium. Disappointed, this used to be one of my favorite spots .
