“Came Friday evening for a friends birthday gathering. They have a great private area in the back with a large tv. Food & service was great, it’s never easy getting good service for a large party, but they were very attentive and accommodating. The food came out quick, and the portions were great for a party. I will be back!“
“I had the black garlic ramen and the Golden Gate sushi roll. Food was so good. Golden gate roll hits different! We had to order another one and then I ordered one to go for my daughter at home. Service was great. Friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!“
“We’ve stopped for poke bowls and boba here a number of times. My friends love poke so we ended up here yet again after a day of shopping. The bowls are decent but I don’t care for the plastic to go bowls and lids they provide. We all finish the bowls so it seems very wasteful each time we throw away our bowls and lids before leaving. My friend liked the salmon but I thought it was a bit on the fishy side. The tuna seem better but I would have liked a little more fish in my large bowl which was $18.“
“Although they were very busy and short staffed (we were told before being seated), our server was on top of everything. We had a little wait, but it was to be expected. we were never out of water and as soon as we ready to order another option off of the all-you-can-eat menu our server took our order. I wish I could remember her name because she was so great!“
“My brother and I came down here after watching the 49ers versus Detroit game. We were so ecstatic that my team won and found this little place on Peabody road. Food was very excellent and I recommend the shrimp chicken and steak combo plate. It was very yummy and very tasty. The owner in the front was very accommodating and friendly and the place was very welcoming. Highly recommend!“
“Ayame has stayed consistent year after year. The quality of the fish here is unparalleled when comparing local sushi joints. Sure, you can find AYCE spots in town but the quality of the fish is sub par so you need to weigh out if you're looking for quantity or are you looking for quality? The miso soup isn't anything to write home about. Same goes for the side salad. But the sashimi is generously and expertly cut and it's why I come here. Service can be hit and miss. I love the quirkiness of the staff but it can sometimes be a while until you're noticed when you come in. To avoid this situation, it's best to sit up at the bar if you're willing. The ambience here is overall intentionally understated. The owner rather focus on quality food than instagramable decor. Seats are comfortable, functional, and things are kept clean. Otherwise, it's what you'd expect from a sushi spot.“
“While limited in menu, the lunch price is really good for what you get. More importantly, the place is clean and well maintained and the sushi didn't get me sick. The rolls are well made. Only nitpick is they pack on the rice for the nigiri, but they have sashimi as an option.“
“Excellent restaurant! I highly recommend their restaurant for all your special occasions! I've been here several times, and never had a bad experience. It's always exactly how I want, and their customer service is outstanding! I took my son and his friends to the hibachi grill part. The chef put on an amazing show! Best experience hands down! The food is incredible! Try it for yourself! You won't be disappointed!“
“I was traveling home from Auburn and decided I wanted sushi for dinner. Pulled of freeway in Vacaville and went to Yelp. Decided in Haruki. Glad I did. Small place that was full. I took last seat at sushi bar. Ordered 9 pieces of sashimi and rice. Very fresh fish with some fancy knife work by chef. Place was spotless, server was very good. My traditional dessert is a salmon skin hand roll. It was really good. I like this place lll be back. Easy on and off freeway.“
