It's okay pho. They top it off with fried garlic which *almost* ruins it for me. But that is a personal thing and I wouldn't rate it poorly because of that.The broth is decent. I've had better, I've had much worse. As a pho dish, the job gets done. I'm never unhappy after eating pho.But they always act like they don't want us there. And the eating area is atrocious.
