I was blessed to have my retirement party here at Ruthie's with 6 of my best friends that I have known since the savings and loan days to parking enforcement era.Ruthie is the best and what she does she has everyone at heart. My friends enjoyed her. She is the best!!!We got there when she opened at 2pm. We were the only ones there and I'm so glad because we got her undivided attention. I had a craving for some oxtail, without doing all the work, was satisfied !!!!. The rice and beans was very delicious. I would visit again for the shrimp dish that my friends had.Parking: I was able to get parking on the side, with no problem
