My wife called and placed an order for 3 sandwiches, was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. So we arrived in 10 to 15 minutes. Gave them the name of the order, and paid for it. Was told it would be right up. After waiting another 15 minutes,(! And watching at least 3 other people walk in order,and receiving their orders) I ask someone behind the counter. I eat here several times per week. One day I heard the customer in front of me ask for his sandwich to be cooked in little to no added oil.I ordered the same way & this makes for a great sandwich with drier bread.Ethan is a great employee, he is efficient, polite and an employee I would hire.He made up my sandwich today,I called, spoke to Ethan, & complimented how my sandwich today was the best I can recall. This location is in a small shopping center, right off of the freeway. They always produce a nice hot off the grill chopped cheese steak on soft roll. The fries are fresh and crisp. Friendly staff, that greet you.Parking: Shopping center lot.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.
