I ordered a bowl with no rice and they put just 1/4 a cup of lettuce in it. I guess that is my fault for not calling them out on it. When I got to the register the guy just asked monotonously "for here or to-go"? I politely said "to-go". Used to be super close with the staff at this location, but the place has absolutely gone down hill since Fanny stopped managing it. The new manager Tiara actually rolled her eyes when I asked for help, told me to call the 800 number, then got upset when I did so in front of her instead of just going away without my food like she wanted. I came into this location 30 minutes before close. They had already put away all of the sauces, toppings, and had no meat (besides a little chicken). I get that it’s close to closing time (11:00pm) but 30 minutes till and you have no food? If they want to put everything away by 10:30 pm, then their location hours should say 10:30 pm. Doesn’t help to say you’re open until 11 but be able to serve no one. Id understand 10, maayybe 15 mins prior. But half an hour? No.
