I've dined at many of our Korean Restaurants in Los Angeles and Korea too, and I certainly love this small place. Of course their Galbi is the centerpiece of their menu but every dish is unique and resembles what I had in Seoul. The dishes are perfectly measured while the banchan is adequately similar to those in other similar restaurants. Such good food. There's no if, and, or buts about it. Idc if you don't understand the menu, pick anything, it's all so good! Wife loves the soups, I love the BBQ chicken.

This place is a sleeper. It's comfort Korean cuisine without having to go all the way to Ktown. Their soups are good (seollengtang, gamgjatang, soondae guk) as are the stir fried dishes (squid and pork belly both delicious. They have some bbq meats available too, but it's really not their key items so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the place for you. I also really like their potato banchan. Give it a shot if you're looking for soups or some of the comfort items.
