“2024/02/05What a Gem. What an absolute Gem of a place! I came to LA early Feb during the rainy flood storm in SoCal, and was introduced to an amazing corner fast food joint. I even asked if they had a souvenir shirt but they didnt have any, so i kept my fountain drink cup with the logo instead.I got the Pastrami Reuben Sandwich which was excellent. My cousin and his girl shared a "big breakfast" dish(s). The workers were absolutely sweet. I honestly wanna make this MY pit stop every time i travel to and from NorCal. Eventually ima try everything.Parking seems minimal on site, but there is AMPLE seating including a tented area outside“

All the employees on staff were courteous, kind and sharp! I believe Ms. Claudia’s leadership may have a lot to with their quality of work. First off, Ms. Claudia was exceptionally patient with my family! She insured the order was correct, visually appealing and the food was extremely hot! It goes without saying that each item ordered was tremendously tasty and bountiful! But beyond the food and service, Ms. Claudia was professional, with a smile, humorously bantering back and forth setting an enjoyable dining environment for my family, myself, and the other guest.In short, Ms. Claudia is a winner! It's not one of those uppity ones either. You get good stuff here. At a fair price. Service is excellent.The order counter sits at the front of the restaurant, just ahead of the open kitchen. You place an order, drop a few bucks, and are handed a vibrating beeper. A few minutes later it goes off (loud if placed on a table) cueing your return. The counter person double checks it to see if everything matches your order.The kitchen builds a choice of burgers, vegan and conventional, as well as, a selection of sandwiches, and salads. The French fried sweet and white potatoes, or the breaded, then fried, green beans, cauliflower, and onion rings, can make a meal all by themselves.The self-service Pepper Bar is loaded with pepperoncini, sports, and jalapenos. Be cautious with the jalapenos slices. Yes, they're that hot.The unlimited refill, Cold Drink Bar offers about a dozen choices.I think Dad would have liked The Habit. “I love the food In this place, great portions and good taste, but the best thing is their staff, specifically Francisco.I had left my wallet on the chair where I was sitting and left, didn’t notice until the next day.Fortunately Francisco found my wallet, not only did he keep it safe but he went out of his way to bring it all the way to my house.I’m Happy to know that honest and kind people still exist in this world.Thanks for your kindness and honesty Francisco, you definitely saved me from a huge headache.“

“I've driven past this place for years and have always been curious what it was all about. Randomly one morning I was on the search for a breakfast burrito and Happy Dogs came up on Yelp. First off, you can't miss it from the street! It has a happy little exterior and it's located right on the corner. The menu is a little overwhelming because they have it ALL. Omelettes, burgers, burritos, tacos, teriyaki you name it. We went with a bacon breakfast burrito and a turkey bacon breakfast burrito. HOLY COW were these bad boys BIG. For two burritos, it was $22. It took a minute to get our food, but it was served super hot! Love love loved their salsa. It was really spicy! Usually turkey bacon is a little boring, but here it was really tasty and actually a little crispy like regular bacon. Just because this place doesn't look super fancy, I wouldn't sleep on it like I did. I will definitely be back for my next breakfast burrito craving!They have a little patio on the side where you can sit and eat and a few parking spots to the side of the food stand.“

They now have 60 cent tacos but you have to order in the app. They have a rewards program and you get free items quick.I raised to 5 stars because of the tacos and rewards. I'll have to quit eating there again in March. The taco deal ends. Fast food is just to expensive now.They are still using real beef and thanks for that! The fries are always stale. Ask for fresh. The food is great but you have to order very wisely there to get value. They changed the sauces and the mild is like ketchup now. The beverages are always good and the service is the same.Restroom issues are common. Always dirty.Other then that, still a good place. Far superior to it's competitor.“

“I am a huge customer but I've had a bad experience from the location on Wilshire in ktown but they didn't care!! Well not only did this location made me feel very welcomed, they are extremly friendly and made all my sandwiches to my liking making sure they made everything right!! I defiantly recomend this location!!!“
“So far the food has been great. My wife would just like more vegetarian options. The price point seems right on for the area. My only suggest would be to get someone who is excited about what your doing and be a lot more open and communicate your goals for the store with customers.“
