The chicken sandwiches were pretty tasty. Juicy and tender. I ordered "death row" based on my spice tolerance. So far, in my opinion, it didnt kick on the first bite but it will gradually build up heat as you eat. The flaming Fries were also good, but I ordered in "flaming" spice level, in which I can expect less spicy but I didnt feel any heat because of coleslaw and sauce in the way, In which I ordered. Awesome food truck. My only issue was that the fries were a bit salty for my taste. I did try their hottest dry rub called devil's reject... It is no joke. I will repeat that. It is NO Joke. I love spicy food and can handle heat but I nearly tapped out from the burn. Seriously. But it it fun to try if you love heat.
First things first this truck wouldn’t be half of what it is without their amazing cook, Phil. Phil walked me through the different menu items and what to order to fit my liking. I’m not a huge fan of spicy food and he suggested the mild tender plate with a side of fries. His customer service skills were beyond great, you can genuinely feel that he loves what he does.
