PLACED ORDER THRU APP. WAITED 15 MINS PER APP. SHOWED UP PIZZA WASN'T READY. WAS INFORMED I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. 5TH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. WON'T BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. PAPA JOHNS PIZZA NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM.
I have gone to this location many times while residing down the street on Van Nuys to ensure that when I get my order I can get it home while somewhat still hot. The female manager has been a problem here. VERY RUDE. One visit she didn’t give me back proper change and claimed she did. That it was so inappropriate I don’t know how she still has her job.
