“Wonderful quick lunch experience here. Owner is Thai, main chef is Mexican, exactly as it should be lolI got the lunch special pad see ew at $10.50 + $0.50 for fried rice, or $14 after tax / tip. Enjoyed the tofu soup, and was impressed by the quantity of the beef pad see ew. It was well-executed and I enjoyed dining in. “A nice, family owned Thai restaurant with good prices and massive portions. This is a great place to go if you’re waiting for your appointment at SDI across the street. I had the pad thai without egg to make it vegan and they happily accommodated. Will come back again.“
“Went in for an early dinner on a Saturday. Had the daily special of Chicken green curry, salad, egg roll, and white rice. Great flavour! Not so much food that I felt bloated afterwards. Service was prompt and friendly. And the price was great, too! ($14.50) I’ll be back the next time I’m in Van Nuys.“

“Finally found a place that's open after 9 p.m. and has amazing Thai food and great service. I've had a few different dishes from Siam Cafe and they have the amazing authentic Thai flavor I crave. Thai food is my favorite go to when I'm busy and can't cook at home I've been eating Thai food for 13 years now and recently moved away from my last favorite Thai spot but Siam Cafe has proven its on point!“
“Delicious!! I had the pad Thai lunch special. They filled that baby up ! The whole container could barely contain it. For 2 extra dollars you can get fried rice . Perfect portion to share or to have left overs for later. They have cute boba tops and holders. So convenient . And the spring rolls that came with it my gosh!! So crunchy and the inside has thin noodles. Perfect balance. They bust the jams and have a clean aquarium when you walk in. Comfortable ambiance.“

“I used to live in the valley and would come here all the time. Now I live on the westside and tried 5 different Thai places near me that are walking distance and nothing comes close. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come to Kinnara! They make the most amazing soft shell crab and add a side salad with it, it’s a soft shell crab salad! Then I get their yellow curry which is a staple and delicious but the drunken noodles is my favorite by far! Just the right amount of spice and flavor, this is by far one of the best Thai places in Southern California!“
“Super tasty! I love that they don't use any MSG. The pineapple fried rice is super bomb and so is the tom ka. Incredibly flavorful. In van Nuys it can be hard to find quick food that doesn't make you feel like death the next day, and this spot definitely fits the bill for feeling good and also great tasting food. Also, the owners are both really nice and always remember my order and my dog. I've eaten food from other Thai spots close by and definitely felt suspect the next day, so yeah-- shout out to you guys for not poisoning your food with flavor additives and also making amazing dishes. Oh and the pad Thai is bomb as well!! Much love!!!“
“Absolutely delicious food. My long time go to Thai restaurant went out of business several years ago and we haven’t been able to find one we liked as much as it. That is until today. Their pad Thai is amazing-not dry and so flavorful which so many Thai restaurants fail at. 100% this will be my go to always!!! Thank you for such a delicious dinner.“
