We stopped here on our way home from LA to Sacramento on on 12/30. Our server was great. She was fast and very nice. The cook burned my toast and she quick replaced it. HOWEVER...we both went to use the bathroom before we left and the smell was HORRIBLE! It wasn't a "normal" bathroom smell, it was like something was rotten. It was in both the men's and women's bathroom. I hope they have this checked out.
THEY ARE SUPER NICE BUT THAT DOESN'T MAKE UP FOR BEING SHORT HANDED. THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT THE SERVICE COULD BE BETTER THEY ACTUALLY INTERVIEWED 2 PEOPLE WHILE WE WAITED FOR OUR FOOD. IT'S HARD TO FAULT THEM, BUT.

We were on road for almost six hours, which is why I didn't walk back out right when I set foot in this diner. The smell of old oil was really powerful.Still we stayed and ate. The food was pretty good and the service was fine too, but it took at least 30 minutes to get nose blind.
