First, I'm not upset w/ the staff. I'm sure they're doing their best to collect a check. Keep collecting that paycheck you guys. Inexperienced employees with malfunctioning chip reader so manual entry by customer expected . Young manager with bandaged finger and yawning employees slow to glove for hygiene . Problem not food as typical Jersey Mike's with inferior franchisee
