"Visited Noah’s Bagels in Ventura this morning and had a mixed experience. The location, situated in the same shopping center as the 99 Cents store and Harbor Freight Tools, has limited parking, with some spots on the smaller side.The bagel shop itself is on the smaller side, with a walk-up counter to order bagels and drinks. Ordered a sandwich and large caramel latte. Sandwich came out quick, but when my coffee was done, I noticed it was a small iced cold brew, nothing close to what I ordered. When I said what I actually ordered, the girl who took my order said “no, you said cold brew”. When I was ordering originally, she was also training someone behind her and kept having me wait so she could walk her through something. Normal bagel stop with the family, ordering the normal dishes…bagel sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese and butter. Only problem is there was no butter available for the bagels. Are you kidding me, a bagel shop runs out of butter?? Ridiculous to run out, and worse to be okay with that (and there was a grocery store next door. Finally, the bagels were below average.
