Food was not the best at this location. My bagel was tough and cold. I hate cold food especially after it's been toasted. The coffee was watered down for my taste. Service was ok. Place is bigger than my Oxnard location. There a private room where I met with my team which was great!!!
Never had a bad Panera experience, so this is a first. Placed order online, on arrival 5 min after order was to be ready, I let the server know I was there to pick up online order. I was asked to wait while drinks were prepared for another order- a totally reasonable request. I was informed almost 10 min later that my order was on the counter past the cashier..I could have been told at the beginning but ok. The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious! Our first time here. Jessica & Stephanie were so helpful, patient and very efficient. Food was ready within 8min.We also ended up getting chicken avocado BLT sandwich, the sour bead was tasty and soft.We Definitely recommend this place.
