“I asked the lady what their famous burger was, and she said the Brian Burger was commonly ordered. It was very tasty, along with the chocolate shake. I will be going back again to try out their breakfast. This is a hole in the wall place, which, in my opinion, in most cases, is a hidden gem. I'm looking forward to trying out their other items.“
“Incredible tasting burger! I am always looking for "tasty" burgers, and this place satisfies! Some may complain they are high priced, but so is everywhere else. Hard to find good 5 dollar burger these days. These are freshly made and do NOT need any condiments. Burgers were moist, not dry, and the bread was soft inside, yet had a crispy outer edge. Bun is toasted on both sides and are buttery! I ordered some Biggie Smalls sliders, fries, and a small burger with bacon ( an extra3.00), but they have huge burgers here as well. Burgers alone, this place is a solid 5/5 for flavor and texture 5/5. Fries were ok, nothing special, but crispy and hot. Dare I say there is an herb or two in the meat. Others have their own experiences and have pushed their overall score lower than it should be. Look at the complaints and look at the well justified reviews. Just know that the menu online has more options than at the restaurant itself. The fried zucchini is perfect. The batter stays connected to the zucchini and is flavorful.Pepsi fountain dispenser. “The burger was good. It's "smash burger" style. I ordered my burger with cheese curds which was a $2.00 upcharge. I don't recommend them personally. They're better at your local fair. I rated 4 stars mostly because none of the tables were clean when we were looking for a place to sit.“

“I rarely post reviews anymore. But when you had great service like I had, people need to be recognized. Food is always great at Red Robin. Unlimited fries is a plus. Our server was Dezzy. She was phenomenal. My moms hard of hearing, Dezzy took her time and had compassion with my mom. The service was great. She is the type of employee that will have customers coming back. “We went in on a Friday at 6pm with a party of 15. So when they told us an hour wait, I understood. It wasn't until 2 hours later that they took us back to 3 totally separate tables. It was upsetting because it was my husband's birthday and we had friends and family from out of town and we didn't even get to sit together. I also had a comment to make about the bartender... She is middle aged, dirty blond and most likely on something. She was all over the place, very high emotions and we all felt like anything was going to set her off at any time. My friend asked her what was in one of the drinks on the menu and her response was, "It says it all right there". When he did make his selection, she said boring... However, the food was fantastic as it always is. Our server Juan was outstanding! He stayed on top of all 3 of our tables, several appetizers, drink refills, bar drinks, food and all the little side orders of condiments. He would carry multiple drinks at once, to keep everyone happy. He had plates lined up his arm when the food was ready. He was super positive and just a wonderful professional. I will always recommend Steer 'N Stein because we have been coming here for years and will continue. I just wish this bartender was not there when we go because it was not a good bar experience, not to mention she can't even make drinks. The jack and cokes were all jack, not that were complaining but we had to get a coke from our server once we were seated just to mix into our drinks. I also think the hostess staff could be better trained on quoting correct wait times and communicating with the party if you are going to seat them at separate tables anyways, don't make them wait for 2 hours and at least ask if they are ok with being separated.“

The food was amazing and was hot and fresh. The dining room, as well as the restrooms, were very clean and spotless. “Good burgers. Ground up fresh and you can tell. We got the basic bacon cheeseburger and it was cooked to perfection. I do wish there was just a bit more seasoning in the patty. Bacon helped offset that and it was crispy. Fries could have been cooked a bit more longer as well. They have monster burgers which I have not tried. Also, the tomatoes are diced instead of sliced just a heads up. They serve Coke products as well. I give 5 because of the fresh meat and the service from the owner Manny. Expect to pay 13.00 for a burger, so a bit pricey. They also serve other items, too many to list.“
“First time here and it was confuse at first it was inside a gas station . The service was very fast and very helpful she know what she was doing . She help us with our order also that was very sweet of her . The decor was simple nothing to crazy in my opinion. The food was amazing we went there for fries and end up spending $85 dollars . But it was worth it the tacos was so delicious and fresh the flavor was amazing. There was so many options to choose from we didn't know where to start to be honest . But that pork belly taco my second favorite is the Al pastor tacos and of course the regular beef tacos . The Philly cheese sandwich was flavor and the bread was my favorite it was so soft . “THE WORLD DOES NOT DESERVE ESMERALDA!!! SHE IS AN ANGEL!!! It was just before closing and she brought my son's meal out to our car right as he had thrown up all over himself and all over our car. She saw what was happening and came back with napkins and a plastic bag, she asked if we needed anything else and she then offered us water as well...I was so grateful. There is nothing more stressful than having your toddler vomit all over the car at 10pm on a road trip. I don't know what I would have done without Esmeralda's kind gesture. “Basic food at a good price. It's your standard American fast casual. Prices are a little cheaper and the quantities of food are huge. This is a no frills place but a good option for a quick meal on the go. I would say though that it's a step up from fast food.“
