I am always served by Ruth who is a very kind, sweet, and quick employee! She always makes me laugh and she's professional! The food tastes fresh and that's why I always come back.

Today I ordered the Taco Al Carbon Combo which use to be $5.00 went up to $6.99 for 3 Tacos, chips and a drink. My Family and myself eat El pollo Loco all the time. Their app is one of the best. I have gotten lots of free food. My favorite location is the one on Palmdale Rd Because the employees are always super nice. This one you barely get a smile out the employees.
