Recently went here paid for a 12 piece chicken meal when I got home to serve my family I noticed I was only given 8 pieces of chicken so I immediately called them and told them they told me to come back and they would give me a free side for the inconvenience when I returned apparently the manager on duty thought this was funny when the employee went to explain to him about the order being wrong he was saying something to her and apparently was laughing because I had this experience...read full review
Their chicken tastes good but I am not giving them 5 stars because of their menu coupon. They make me spend more. I don't want more than what I need. It's not a convenient and friendly place. I hope their customer service improves as far as dealing with coupon orders will make business better.
