My youngest daughter and I were on the search for a boba joint in The Mall of Victor Valley (TMOVV). We found Pho-licious in the food court that makes the infamous Pho Beef Noodle Soup. We didn't try their Pho at the time, but we'll definitely be back to try it later. Our focus was on the boba drink LOL.We ordered 1 Original Milk Tea + boba, 1 Sea Cream Vietnamese Coffee w/ no boba, and 1 Peach Oolong Tea + lychee jelly (+$1.00 for extra topping). I found a long strand of hair on my bag, thankfully it was on the outside but I would suggest the staff wear bun or hairnet whenever possible.Overall pretty tasty. A bit oily.Parking: Tight spaces.

They were the only place in the mall that had unsweetened iced tea! So thankful for them because having bariatric surgery I am unable to drink carbonated and super sugary drinks. These guys were awesome and very friendly!
