I rated it 3 stars because my sandwiches were not made the way I ordered it online. The employee who made my sandwiches was apologetic when I mentioned that all the sandwiches were suppose to be toasted. I was given options, but I didn't want to waste the food so I took it home. Food was good, just took long very busy location. They had alot of online orders but only two workers at that time. Understand the delay, but that doesn't mean I want to wait that long for a sandwich.

I asked for a cup of water because it was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out. The man helping me did care and told me the machine was broken when I saw multiple people go get drinks. Bad service, water should be available at any restaurant.
