Service was horrible super loud and chaotic the lady that was making our food expected us to understand to know what a meal was even though I’ve been their one other time didn’t even give us our opinions when I asked for my sides the lady turned around for help and said I don’t know but the lady at the cash register was super sweet and caring

They have really cut back on the portions. I stopped going to the Visalia location because they give you ONE scoop of rice in the burrito bowl. Im a vegetarian so I get rice, veggies and corn salsa. Its $12 bucks for this and they hardly give you any rice at all. Well I just visited a Chipotle in Roseville, CA and they filled my whole bowl with rice and added plenty of the other selections. It was so delicious. Its just this location that seems to rip you off a bit.

Food was consistent.Service was very slow and they ran out of chicken but instead of getting more from the back wanted me to get something else. Just lazy for a $20 hour wage.The restaurant was dirty, I have seen stores that were much busier and were much cleaner.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are great.
