The Seattle roll was really good. It included salmon, shrimp tempura, crab, & a couple veggies. Not very many drink options here but they play some pretty good music & the staff is lovely.
I dont think ive ever thought of a place that deserves 5 stars all around but this place does frfr. I got the Nagoya roll and the a Tiger roll i believe it was called and they both hit the spot. and it was the perfect amount for me. Id definitely recommend this place. Wayyy better than winco sushi lol, which is what i used to get before I found this place. Also the inside is really nice and has some dope photos up. 10/10 fo sho you right on.

Im not from here but my girlfriend and i were in the mood for some sushi so we decided to give healthy japan a chance and it was incredible. we tried the seattle roll and the geisha roll and they were both perfect. if you like crunch the seattle roll is perfect but warning it is a mouth full. the geisha roll is very simple and warm the overall temperature is perfect. definitely give it a try if you're in the area i waiting a while but i think it was only because of a big order...read full review
