We purchased a pizza, drove home in the dark, brought the pizza inside, opened the lid, and discovered a hefty sized cockroach crawling all over our pizza. I immediately got back in the car with the pizza and took it back. They refused to give me a refund and only offered me a replacement pizza which I was not willing to take.
