Employees were abrupt & impatient. Felt like they were trying to hurry us along as we were deciding. Never even offered us a choice of bread before starting to make our sandwich.
quality is inconsistent. Sometimes you get the usual 8 slices of roast beef, other times you get 4 for the Footlong. Ordering "extra" toppings is usually not going to work unless you go in and watch them make it. Finally, about 50pct of the time, they will make the sandwich "hot dog style", where the meet goes in the crack, and the veggies get stacked on that, then the Mayo goes in a little slice on the top of the pile. Always great sandwiches!! Always great atmosphere! And I love the BOGO footlong by using the app. I DO wish they'd bring back the sourdough bread though, & if they had Pepsi instead of Coke it'd be perfect!
