I have been living in San Marcos for over 30 years and have been to EVERY CarlsJr in North county. hey all have messed up once in awhile but have ALWAYS tried to make it right.!!! The MANAGER of the Vista CJs impresses me more than ANY other manager in every one of this chain of restaurants. I say this because it is why I will come to this restaurant even though it is is farther from my home. it is always Clean . tables wiped off faster even when busy than ANY of all of them....read full review
Was so upset after getting home and seeing that they gave me the wrong order. The lady there (her name started with a B) had no customer service whatsoever, didn't say hello, how are you when pulling up to the window, and when I asked for some ranch she said "mmhhmm" and we drove off without her even saying have a good day. Don't bring your baggage at home to work and take it out on customers. treat customers the way they should be treated.

Went through the drive. The lady missed part of the order so we had to go back in a order it in person. Kind of annoying but it happens I guess. Got chicken tenders and fries and it was kind of expensive imo, when I asked ab the deal they offered for way cheaper she said I had to ask for it specifically...
