Francisco’s Deli has some spot-on tortillas that are freshly made. These are not your Mission or Guerrero tortillas that fall apart when you are about to bite in. Best Tacos!!! The corn tortillas are made fresh right when you order. The service and food is on point! The soups are absolutely amazing as well..... pretty much everything on the menu is awesome!!! Little hidden gem in Vista, CA. Small parking lot but definitely worth the walk if you had to park down the steet.

The menudo was the best and believe me I have tried them all. Most places have increased in price and shrunk the bowls. Francisco's Mexican Deli was right on point ☝️ and Delicioso. Great Atmosphere and Friendly ? Highly recommended ?
