Got overcharged for two garden salads ! We ordered two garden salads with grilled chicken. We were charged an extra charge of $2.99 each for the grilled chicken. When we asked about the charge and showed the guy that we ordered from there should not be an extra charge for the chicken, it states right on the menu comes with grilled or crispy chicken. Jack in the Box has finally lost my business after three strikes to get an overcharge for my last order goes unresolved. I've contacted them twice and tried to get an answer why the additional charge on my garden salad order of $3.00 each ...! Went to the drive-thru like normal every other day experience but this day this girl was rude disrespectful had a bad attitude and I just couldn't believe it for someone who appeared to be maybe the assistant manager or manager uniform I just couldn't believe her disdain for me being
