Rossmoor Diner is hands down the best breakfast spot I've come across in the Contra Costa area. My friends and I frequent this charming restaurant for our breakfast gatherings, and we're always greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. My mom and I ate here today for the first time. The food and prices were very good, as was the service. Everyone in the diner looked like they were from Rossmoor. We will definitely eat here again.

It's the place where my wife and I go also every week. It's her favorite place because now that she is permanently disabled in a wheelchair, it's a place where she can go and we can eat and she feels "normal". That's because they really treat us like family there.
