Nice modern take on Japanese food. But all the staff in the kitchen was Hispanic, not Japanese. So not so authentic. Not racism just an honest observation. Sushi was acceptable but not special. However the other dishes were incredible! I don't know what they did to this eggplant appetizer but it was over the top fantastic! Garlic rice also outstanding. We were one of only 3 tables in the section for dinner but the server was nominally available. We ordered salad and 2 dishes. The salad was no where to be found after we ate the roll and dumplings, and I had to flag down a different server to check on the missing salad. We eat out several times a week and Sasa is not up to par with others in the area and the bill was higher (without any alcohol). Won't be back.

Beautiful ambience and attentive, friendly staff. Fresh fish, excellent quality and tasty delectable compositions! We enjoyed each dish very much. Good sake menu and gorgeous looking cocktails we noticed. We will definitely be back when we are in town!
