I had the BEST chile relleno I have ever had. It was large, full of cheese, and perfect sauce. My wife had the green enchiladas, which she said were very good. We had lunch a few days later and ordered the same thing. BRAVO!
I have to say, I'm surprised I've never been here before. I think it's kind of because of the decor. It just looks kind of gaudy. But then I finally went in there and had their food. It is in my opinion some of the best Mexican food in town. Their chips are perfect, crispy, a little bit thick and perfectly salted. The tacos here are SO good. I just moved from San Francisco and I’d argue these tacos are better than any that I’ve had in the city. I’ve come back here so many times and I’ve only been in Walnut Creek for 3 weeks. Much better than Tacos Walnut Creek.Great salsa bar, friendly staff, and awesome food.
