Friendly and quick service but I agree with other reviewers that the bagels taste more like sandwich bread than bagels. I had the Turkey club which was good but the bagel left something to be desired. Chai latte was good.

I enjoyed my sandwich, but the bagels here are just not really bagels. They definitely do not get boiled before being baked and they don’t have the dense chewiness you’d expect from a bagel. They taste more like Kaiser rolls. That said, prices are decent, service was good, and my sandwich came out quickly even though they were quite busy.
