Their food is some of the best I've had in all of Santa Cruz county.. and it's out of a truck!!. You must try the Volcan Burger, Volcan Cheese Fries, and the asada tacos. I would give my left arm for some in a pinch. Haha
This taco truck is amazing!!!! Best tacos ive had in the salinas area by a long shot.Edit: 1 week after I wrote this first review, the Watsonville location is far superior to the Salinas truck, and theres quite a large price difference in Salinas as well its more expensive than Watsonville, I actually dont mind that if it tasted the same. Late night bite. A little pricey, but probably normal now-a-days. Service was prompt, food was incomspicuous. It wasn't loud and in your face. I ordered 8 tacos(4 Tongue, 4 Head) They were good, "fresh". The atmosphere was what you could expect at 12am. Maybe a better location for the food truck. Like downtown Watsonvile!Parking: In the gas station
