Miki House is like walking into OLD MANILA's Ongpin Binondo district. The owners and servers exhibit the traditional honored hospitality of the hosts, and the food selections are heirloom good quality. This has been our 2nd visit, and the experience did not fail us. I was very excited to come here, first of all, being Filipino and craving the taste of home. I don't live near Filipino establishments so when I do go to one, I immediately get into "Pinoy" mode and just soak it all in. Sally was our server. She was very personable and familiar at once. First time trying this Filipino restaurant. It is a wonderful discovery. No question that this mom & pop Filipino restaurant makes the best Filipino food around here. The food is fresh & authentic, especially the Miki House Special Pancit & Kare Kare Oxtail Peanut Stew. The serving portion is big. The price is very reasonable.
