Today was my first day trying the famous NBC. Let me just say I was not disappointed. I recently moved to the area and so happy and excited to have this location near me. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I am so in love with the decorations. Next time I stop by I will take my time to look around and buy a couple items. It is the second time visiting this location. On both occasions I chose to order online for pick up. This second time I selected the red velvet cake with a peony flower as decoration. When I arrived to pick up the cake I realized it was not what I needed. The cake was beautiful but it did not look like a birthday cake. I asked the employee if there was any way I could fix it. Catherine is literally AMAZING! Great customer service. Super clean and nice. I am a regular here and things just keep improving with time. Literally never have anything to complain about.
