The Valentine's Day Experience was amazing! The food! The champagne! The wine pairing selection! The service! Exquisite is an understatement. Thanks for making our Valentine's Day extra special. Also, adding Petrossian to our list of regular restaurants.
This was our first time at Caviar/Wine Pairing dinner...it was so much fun there were 16 of us and we only knew 2 so got to know so many new people...Chris the GM was so knowledgeable and had great stories about the wines, caviar or food...and the food was so fabulous...so tasty and different...5 courses where most everyone licked their plates! Truly lots of fun...

Over the years, Petrossian has remained so consistent with their offerings of not just luxe caviar, but other foodstuffs as well, with great supporting sauces, creams, desserts, etc. Since the pandemic there's a bit of cutting back, though not where it really counts for me. I do miss getting their print catalogs, but their online presence is good and stacks up well against those of other caviar purveyors
