The tall manager this morning was in a foul mood and I felt like he was annoyed being there at 9:15 on a Saturday morning. . .I blew it off. . .no big deal. . .then some runner just went in as I'm sitting here outside asking for a cup of water and the guy refused him! HOW RUDE. WHAT KIND OF REPRESENTATION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND COMMUNITY IS THAT? Food is always great but the staff urgency sucks! I'm sorry to say it. Line can be long and they take their sweet time preparing these sandwiches. It's suppose to be considered a fast food chain. There's nothing fast about this location. It's annoying.

I hadn't been to this location in a long time because of issues, and so I went in not expecting, just looking. Had a great sandwich, served by a really nice lady, who had a strong maternal feel to her.
