My husband frequently asks me to search on the Internet for places he can eat while he’s on the road for work. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about food, and is very difficult to please. He asked me to write the best review possible of Casa Jalisco. Excellent!!!
My impossible burrito was delicious! Included impossible meat, avocado, beans and salsa. My husband enjoyed vegan street tacos with black beans, avo, spinach and salsa. They will make almost any menu item with impossible meat. Note the rice is made with chicken bouillon, so avoid. #Veganuary
