Delicious! The Mango Aqua Fresca tasted refreshing on a super hot day. The California burrito was crispy and flavorful and the Birria Ramen is unique as it's not something I'd see in a lot of restaurants. Service was quick and easy, I didn't wait very long at all. Overall, I love to dine here again!

My favorite omelet from a tiny spot in an ugly rundown strip mall on Westminster Blvd, Freshco Mexican Grill.Here you see an omelet of perfection: full of flavor, warm spiciness, eggy, creamy from the mozzarella and avocado. Plus a nice textural contrast from the crispy strips of bacon within and the snappy radish allumettes. No other omelet in memory makes me salivate like this omelet.The super cinnamony horchata today makes me very happy and a prefect chaser to the omelet.

FOOD - Got the Torta Cubana; excellent choice. It has a little bit of everything, and it's a perfect serving that might feed 2 people. SERVICE - If you got 30 mins to eat on your break like me, you might be a little disappointed. Now, I don't know if the Torts Cubana takes longer to be made, but it did take them about 10 - 15 mins.
