Vegetarians and vegans rejoice. This place has so many veggie options. I had the V2 Motto Special and my partner had the V4 Miso Ramen. Both were delicious! I liked mine because of the creamy broth and high quality toppings and my partner liked his because of the smoky/spicy flavor of the broth. Everything was made to order. Top tier vegetarian/vegan options. Thought and care were put into the variety, flavor, and ingredients in the vegan items I ordered. Noodles were super fresh, and I could tell the tempura vegetables as well as batter was very fresh. The vegan tempura ramen was both satisfying and flavorful. I ordered takeout and everything was packaged very well so it arrived fresh - even the tempura arrived crunchy. My husband and I love to eat ramen here. It's not too heavy like other places! I love to get the chicken ramen with a drink which I forgot the name of. ? But we always come here when we are craving ramen!
